Cast Iron Casserole
Cook grd beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain off fat.
Add tomato sauce, ketsup, brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worchester sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
Cook 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese on mixture.
Sprinkle green onions on mixture.
Add Tator Tots, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
Broil an additional 3 minutes if desired.
Make in a cast Iron Skillet.
