Glaze for smoked pork

Combine ingredients
Heat over medium heat until bubbly
remove from heat let cool
Brush pork with glaze mix.
Put pork shoulder back in the smoker for about 15 minutes until caramelized.
Add a bit more rub
Brush with glaze mix.
Place back in the smoker for about 15 minutes until glaze is set
Wrap with foil and put in the cooler, cover with a towel for one hour to rest.
Strain brine mixes from the pan and put in a squirt bottle for future use.
