Suggest a better descriptionA Finalist in the 5th National Farm-Raised Catfish Cooking Contest Place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme. Spread sauce over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed.
