Grandma's recipe
Brown bacon and remove from pan. Brown rice in grease (remove some grease if too much). Stirring as it browns. Add onion and cook till clear. Add bacon, tomato, salt and paprika. Cover and bring to boil. Turn heat to low and simmer 45 min or till rice is done. Stir occasionally and add water if needed.
Optional - Add 1 can corn when cooking onion. Do not drain.
