Heat Oven to 325 degrees. Place pita triangles on oven rack set in middle position. Bae until golden brown about 10 minutes. Mis cumin, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl. Leave `/4 teaspoon of the spic mix in the bowl and sprinkle remaining spices over lamb and mix to combine.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add all but 1/3 cup of the onion, sauce and season with salt and pepper stirring frequently and lamb and break up meat to finely ground while cooking. Stir til meat is fully cook leaving some juices, about 8 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of chutney, cook to blend flavors about 1 minute longer.
When ready to serve rewarm and make salsa. Stir together mango, cilantro, and remaining chutney, onion and spice mix. Spoon a portion of meat on each pita top with salsa and serve.
