Suggest a better descriptionIn bowl, combine sugar, seasoning mix and cinnamon; rub half of mixture over pork.
In bowl, combine remaining sugar mixture, salsa, water, lime juice and garlic; set aside. Place pork in shallow roasting pan; cook in 350ºF oven 10 minutes; pour salsa mixture over pork. Cook 25 minutes until juices are no longer pink.
Cook rice according directions; keep warm.
Remove pork from oven; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Slice pork thinly; pour salsa mixture remaining in roasting pan over pork. Serve with rice.
Quite spicy. I would cook for 25 minutes as the meat was too pink after the 20.
