Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside
2. Heat 2 T olive oil in large skillet; add mushrooms and sauté 1 minute
3. Stir in broth and continue cooking until mostly absorbed, about 3 minutes
4. Add garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes. Remove by lifting to a plate and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add pasta to skillet, top with spinach, mushrooms, parmesan, and seasonings. Stir and top with red pepper flakes and more parmesan, if desired.
