Suggest a better descriptionBake 2 pie shells (not the extra dough) as directed on package and set aside.
Sauté onion in a little margarine until golden. Then drain off margarine.
Put the sautéed onion in a bowl with the cooked, drained spinach, ricotta, garlic powder, black pepper, grated parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, mozzarella, and the salami pieces.
Using a large spoon or fork, mix all together and spread into the 2 baked pie shells. Then using the extra piece of dough, cut strips and place on top of spinach fillings to form lattice top for both pies.
Baked at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
