Stir-fry onion, sweet peppers, and garlic in skillet over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet. Stir-fry turkey over medium high heat 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add sweet pepper mixture; heat through. Spoon onto tortillas; rollup.
