Sweet Lewis Farm strawberries and tart Malus Hill Eighths are baked with a buttery brown sauce and oatmeal crumb topping. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Great dessert!
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Boil 2 cups of water in pot. Add apples and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour off water and place apples on paper towel to drain.
3. Remove green tops from strawberries. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
4. Toss strawberries and apples with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
5. Mix it all up.
6. Pour into greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
