Wash and prepare, cutting in quarters. Just before serving add sugar and almond flavored liqueur about 1/2 c. Go easy it can't be removed.
Sour Cream Mixture:
Combine Sour cream, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate covered.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tortillas into 8 wedge pieces.
Place cut tortillas in a circle and brush both sides with melted butter. Make cinnamon sugar in 2 c batches and add scant 2 tsp cinnamon to each batch. Roll into cinnamon sugar mixture and arrange on ungreased baking sheets. No Parchment!!!!
Bake watching closely 12-14 minutes until crisp. Do not want soggy wimpy triangles. Remove from oven and cool.
Make sure you have the right count of good ones. Allow 8 per dessert in case 6 looks too skimpy.
Melt butter and cream in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Whisk until glossy. Set aside to cool and then add heavy cream to make good consistency for plating. Sauce should be thin.
Check with Chef.
Whipped Cream Garnish:
Dissolve sugar into heavy cream, then add cream to dispenser and refrigerate.
