Heat corn oil in skillet. Brown pork or chicken. Add pineapple, corn syrup, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Mix corn starch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork/chicken with peppers. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
