Suggest a better descriptionCut sweet potato into long slices 1/4-/3 inch thick. Lay in greased cookie sheet or toaster oven pan covered with tinfoil. Sprinkle with butter, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest/juice, and salt. Bake 15 minutes at 400 in toaster oven on convection bake. Stir fries, sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes. In regular oven, bake at 450 for 25 to 30 minutes stirring halfway through. Stir again and sprinkle with cheese the last 5 minutes.
