Using a mesh strainer, rinse and drain quinoa.
Combine water, millet and rinsed quinoa in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on very low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooked grains, chopped apricots, raisins, pomegranate seeds (or grapes), and pistachio seeds.
Add lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
