Suggest a better descriptionSlice bell peppers in half and then remove seeds, then slice and dice into large chunks. Chop off ends of onion, slice in half, remove skin and slice it across the half. Add onions and bell peppers to mixing bowl and mix. Run garlic and ginger along grater to make paste.
Slice chicken breasts into large chunks.
Whisk soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, and corn flour together in a mixing bowl.
In a high heat pan, add oil and the veggies, add a bit of salt and saute for about 4 min. Remove veggies from pan onto a side plate for later. Add a bit more oil and add the chicken into empty pan when hot and some salt. Spread out chicken so it cooks evenly and sear for 3 min. After 3 min, mix around the chicken and keep cooking for 3 more min, drain any excess water that appears to prevent steaming.
After cooking the chicken for 6 min, add garlic and ginger paste and mix to cook for 45 seconds, then add stir fried veggies and mix together for another 45 seconds.
Then mix sauce again before adding it to the pot and bring it to a boil and cook until sauce is thickened up. Can add sesame seeds if desired. Garnish with green onion if desired.
