Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in wok on medium high heat
Cook chicken 5 minutes or until browned on all sides
Remove from wok and keep warm
Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice
Add to wok along with sugar, soy sauce and vinegar
Heat on low, simmering 3 minutes
Add chicken back to wok, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes
Add tomato sauce and bell pepper, cooking 3 minutes
Garnish with red pepper
Serve over rice
