Suggest a better descriptionLiterally just throw in some chopped chicken breast, crushed garlic, or use garlic fry light, then loads of chopped veg. Whatever you fancy. Onion, leeks, carrots, butternut squash, swede, mushroon etc…. Tonight I was extra lazy and bought a bag of ready chopped casserole veg. Then sprinkle with mixed herbs, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and then tonight I added chargrilled chicken seasoning too. Add whatever you like, Cajun, oregano, cumin. You can experiment. Then pour over some chicken stock. Just enough to cover half way. You don’t need to measure. Season and serve.
Then roast in a pre heated oven for about 30-40 mins on 220 degrees.
