This is a great recipe when you want something cool and refreshing in the summer but dont want to go out
cook your meat with taco seasoning, drain, place back in the pan, add quarter cup of salsa, bellpepper strips,
have your tortilla bowls ready, how ever many that you make, Shred your lettuce very finely, this is best, add it to your tortilla bowl, then some meat then some cheese then some tomatoe the some olives and sour cream, and pour on more salsa,
and dig in
You may subsitute any meat you like or leave it out, shrimp is good just dont over cook it, and chicken breast makes a great salad also, Enjoy
