Suggest a better description1. Bring water to boil in saucepan, cook potatoe.
2. Saute 3/4 onion and 1 chilli until soft.
3. Combine potatoes, onion, chilli, cheese, cumin/taco seasoning and salt to taste.
4. Combine avocado, leftover onion, 1 chilli, coriander, salt, pepper and lime juice. Set aside.
5. Fill tortillas with potato mixture, fry taco on both sides until golden and crispy. Garnish with avocado relish.
