Mix cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, turmeric, cinamon, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl.
In dutch oven on medium heat, add oil, onion, garlic and sautee until onions are translucent and golden, about 4 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low, add spices, tomato paste, vegetable stock, carrots, sweet potatoes, and turnip. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes until carrots and potatoes are tender.
Add olives, chickpeas, artichokes, lemon zest and raisins. Simmer for 8 minutes with cover off. Liquid should be reducing. Simmer until liquid is reduced.
Add parsley, cilantro, mint, mix, and remove from heat.
3X is plenty for 9 firefighters with a salad.
