Heat the skillet over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add vegetable oil to the skillet.
Add the chicken. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until inside is no longer pink
Stir in the teriyaki glaze, lemon juice, and frozen vegetables and allow veggies to cook uniformly (no need to thaw)
Boil the mixture over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat enough the mixture bubbles nicely, cover and cook for about 6 minutes.
To make the couscous, heat the water, salt, and oil over high heat until boiling in a saucepan. Then stir in the couscous, cover and remove from stove for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork when done.
