Best Chocolate Cake
Preheat oven to 350, and grease (Crisco or Butter) a 9x13 pan
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
Mix wet ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat stir until it boils
Remove wet ingredients from heat and add dry ingredients mixing with a whisk until combined
Mix in the eggs and Vanilla Extract with a whisk
Pour into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, Do not over bake!
10 minutes before cake is done mix glaze ingredients in a saucepan stir until it boils
Remove from heat and slowly stir in 6 cups of Confectioners Sugar until nice and smooth
Then add 2 cups of chopped pecans and stir
Once the cake is done and out of the oven (toothpick should come out clean) pour the warm glaze right ove the top of the hot cake!
Let the cake cool for a few minutes Enjoy warm or cold, Great warm with Icecream.
