Texas sheet cake
Bring to boil: 2 sticks margarine, 3/4 cup water and 4 tbls cocoa. Remove from heat. Cool. Add and stir: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder.
Add and stir: 2 eggs and 1 cup sour cream.
Bring to boil: 1/4 cup water and add 1 tsp. soda. Add to batter and beat well. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes (to moist).
Cool cake 10 minute. Frost with following:
Bring to boil: 1 stick margarine, 4 tbls cocoa, 6 tbls milk. Remove from heat and add 1 cup chopped nuts (optional), 1 box confectioner's sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until smooth and frost in pan.
