This is a nice variation to regular red pizza sauce.
Preheat ove to 425
Cut steak in strips, In large skillet, heat garlic oil. Stir-fry steak and onions in 2 batches 2 to 3 minutes each, or until outside of steak is no longer pink. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread with peanut sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with steak mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with carrots and cilantro. Cut into 8 wedges.
