This is the spice/seasoning mix I use for making chili. It has everything in it that I need when making chili, use to taste. I will post the actual Chili recipe next time I make it. I have never written it down.
You can adjust to taste as it cooks.,
Mix well in a bowl or jar. Store in airtight container.
I use 7 to 8 tablespoons for a full, large slow cooker. Add less and add more later if needed.
I will add my full Chili recipe using this blend soon.
