Toast pine nuts in low heat in oven
Add basil, garlic, garlic salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Lastly add spinach and pine nuts and stir until warm and soft, about 45 seconds
Serve with a squeeze of lemon on top and if desired, a tiny drizzle of olive oil.
