Suggest a better descriptionTofu should be pressed and frozen about a week ahead. Chunk the tofu in about 1" cubes.
Whisk together the almond milk and the lemon juice and allow to curdle (about 10 minutes)
Marinade the tofu in the milk mixture until it is saturated-- about 10 minutes
While the tofu is marinating, mix together the breading ingredients
Toss the tofu in the breading and saute until crispy/brown
Mince and saute the garlic
Add potato starch, stir well, add broth, lemon juice, sugar, and butter. It should thicken quickly
Add the tofu to the sauce and serve over rice
