Recipe by: McDougall Preparation Time: 0:40 Place onions, garlic, ginger, chili powder, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a small amount of water and cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve either hot or cold, as a side dish or on toast as a spread.
