2. Cover tightly 3-5 minutes
3. Microwave on medium 25-30 minutes (until boiling)
4. Stir in onion
5. Cover and let stand 5 minutes
6. Stir in croutons, almonds, cinnamon and apple
7. Add apple juice 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing until croutons are moistened
8. Cover and microwave 4-5 minute until hot
