1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
1/2 tbsp maca
Place all ingredients into a blender, a Bullet is best. Blend around 30 to 45 seconds or until nice and smooth.
If you don't have a very powerful blender and your coconut oil is in liquid form, yo might want to blend everything except the coconut oil first, then drizzle it on and blend for another 5 to 10 seconds to avoid clumping.
