In a large stock pot, brown the turkey and onion. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, stirring often until the meat is cooked. Add everything else (except items listed as "Garnish"). Stir and leave simmering, covered, for an hour. Serve with the items listed as garnish, leaving it up to individuals how much of what they want on their chili.
