Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan; cook 4 min on each side- chicken will not be cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
2. Add onion, carrot, thyme, and garlic to pan. Saute 5 min. Add wine, cook 2 minutes. Add kale, cook 3 min or until wilted. Stir in remaining 1/4 tsp salt, stock, and remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer. Add chicken. Cover. reduce heat and simmer 4 min or until done.
