Easy, creamy vegie bake
Pre Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Layer vegetables in a casserole dish, starting and finishing with potato, spread garlic over top layer of potato, pour cream over vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in oven for 45 mins, or until vegies are cooked and cheese is golden.
