Tasty waffles; easy to make
Source: Better Homes and Gardens (older version) + Helen's
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In small bowl, beat whole eggs slightly. Beat in milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients and mix till combined but still lumpy.
Pour 1-1/4 cup of batter onto grids of preheated, lightly greased waffle maker.
Close lid quickly, do not open during baking. When done, (usually indicated by light on the waffle maker), use a fork to lift the waffle off the grid. Butter and serve with your favorite syrup. Repeat wit remaining batter.
