Suggest a better descriptionMix together, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon. Separate eggs and yolks to dry ingredients. Also add in Vegetable oil, Milk and vanilla. Mix well. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks are formed. Fold into mixture.
Pour into waffle maker and cook until done.
Top with fruit and whipped cream.
