2. Add pulp to a medium saucepan; add sugar and cornstarch mixture.
3. Cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens and is clear.
4. Remove sauce pan from the heat; stir in the butter and lemon juice.
5. Cool to room temperature.
