Beat eggs until fluffy and light. Add sugar, vanilla and oil, blend well. Stir in zucchini. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Blend in above mixture. Add pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
