Zucchini, banana, and apple bread
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine first 8 ingredients and set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, apple sauce, vanilla, and bananas until well blended. (A whisk or wooden spoon will probably do. No need for electric mixer.) Stir into zucchini and apples into egg mixture. Then combine all into the dry mix and stir until moistened. Poor into two greased and floured cake pans and bake. (You might have batter left over. Try reducing flours and sugars on the next go round to make an even portion of two cakes.)
Bake approximately 45 minutes.
