Bananas as substitute for eggs
Can replace bananas with 2 individual apple sauce cups and 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and splash of Almond milk (if any vanilla flavoring-skip vanilla extract in recipe also)
Mix ingredients as listed, in order. Pour into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
