Grease and flour lightly breadpan.
Beat:
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Veg. Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Mix:
1 Cup of nuts (Walnut or Pecans)
2 Cups Zucchini
Fold In with dry ingredients.
Bake @ 325 for One hour and 10 Minutes (or until passes the toothpick test)
