Nice summer veggie dishes.
Grease 8 cup shallow baking dish, layer 1/2 of zucchini, all mushrooms and onion then remaining zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with spices and top with cheese. Cover with lid and bake 400F for 30 min. Uncover and bake 10 min longer until veg tender and cheese is bubbly.
