2. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
3. Beat together the egg, oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
4. Fold in the zucchini, chocolate chips and walnuts.
5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
