"A good healthy option. I couldn't find orzo in Spain so I used the tiny elbow macaroni they have. I also used pre-cooked shrimp, so I sautéed a lot more garlic in the olive oil (on like med-low heat so it would infuse) and then let the cooked shrimp sit in the olive oil while I was at work. I also forgot the kalamata olives. "
