"Delicious! We got something like this at Costco I then found the recipe for it here it's great! I did change a little, added slivered almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, coconut slices and Chia seeds. I first baked it at 350° but it was too strong so I then baked it at 300° for 15min and let it cool/dry.
"This is a super easy and quick side dish. I chopped the pepper (I only had green Serrano peppers, not red chiles) and minced the garlic instead of slicing like in the recipe. I used olive oil instead of veg oil simply because it's my default cooking oil. The spinach had a nice spice to it without it being overwhelming, and the garlic gave it some hearty flavor that regular stovetop spinach usually lacks. I made it twice in one week because I enjoyed it so much! "
