"Low cal. I used EVOO, S&P on the squash before placing in the oven. Squash took almost 90 minutes at 375. Substituted garlic for the ginger because it didn't make sense to me; Perfect low cal dinner. Enjoy a glass of prosecco on the side!"
"Was pretty good and relatively easy to make for gnocchi. Didn’t make sauce because Rob had some homemade sauce. Was pretty good even with just olive oil, so next time might try pan frying them (might need to add a little more flour though, as mine might have been a little too delicate to pan fry)"
