"This was such an easy recipe. Even though we had Salso Con Queso on hand, my wife put in regular salsa and it turned out fine. We had bulk taco seasoning and followed the instructions to prepare with 1 pound of beef. This eats well as leftovers. Thanks for contributing. "

"The roux-yolk paste adds body, but roux shell with asparagus inside, covered in baked Swiss, may be a better idea. The sauce sure beats white sauce or hollandaise sauce, IMO!"
