"This recipe was a snap to prepare and easily doubled for a larger crowd. We will certainly be making it again, as it was a hit with our Wednesday Night Dinner crowd. Thanks for contributing."timgraham1

"This dinner was quick and delicious! It was tricky to "butterfly" the drumsticks, but a really sharp knife seems to be the trick to making it work. The caprese salad was the perfect compliment to the chicken drumsticks. "TraskL

"Wow! Really delicious! Thank you! I added red pepper flakes, wasn't spicy enough for my tastes, added geound cayenne pepper. I love spicy foods. I will never look at sweet potatoes the same way. The sweet ,savory and spicy really complimented each other. I have a list of recipes going forward, that I plan to use sweet potatoes. Super yummy. Served with Ceasar salad . Main course: New York steak."macmac3416
"Definitely tasty. I did butter the outsides of the bread and then put a little in the pan (don't put too much extra butter in the pan when you have to flip, otherwise the cheese runs and doesn't stick to the bread). Next time I would try to use a slice of cheese for the outside crust as it was very messy and difficult the flip the sandwich with shredded cheese. "jklaube

"I took a "Sausaging Making" class at our local culinary school, and it was amazing!! Our group made chorizo and this is the recipe we used. It was DELICIOUS! Best chorizo I've ever eaten. It is a little bit labor intensive with the grinding involved, but it is well worth it."TraskL
"This was an easy dish. I added small chunks of smoked spicy sausage instead of the chiles(I didn't have). Used leftover cooked rice. This made a nice lunch with a salad."AMotherAgain
