Preparation: Combine all ingredients together, and mix well. This should be stored in an airtight container for up to six months. Use 3 tablespoons of mix and add one cup of water, to one pound of ground beef.

I thought this was really good, glad to have a recipe without all the salt that the store-bought packets have. I added some chipotle flakes for a little extra kick.

Great mixture, and comparable to a retail mix. I am trying the cleaned coffee jar (in the image) it has a plastic insert and appears to retain the aroma and freshness of the mix.
