Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken over Angel Hair
To get great grill marks, make sure the grill is medium-high, and carefully brush vegetable oil on the grill (danger watch out for flames!), and rotate 90 degrees after 3-4 minutes.

Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken over Angel Hair

This Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken dish is a delicious and easy summer meal. Marinate the chicken for 3-6 hours for best flavor. At the end, finish with drizzled lemon and lime juice, or reduce the marinade at a brief boil and pour over chicken and noodles. Garnish with parsley and serve.

It's good and easy to make. Marinating will probably kick up the flavor, but isn't necessary.

Super easy and soooo delicious. I let my chicken marinade over night in the sauce and it was amazing.

Sorry. The sauce was great but the chicken took much longer to grill & didn't have much flavor.

Made this the other night and everyone really enjoyed it. Was an easy marinade to make up, and I actually reserved about 1/2 cup of it for use over the top of this dish rather than a marinade. I marinated in a ziplock back, so it worked out perfectly and left just enough for the meat in the bag. Prepared with fresh broccoli and gave a wonderfully light flavor to the meal.

This recipe was an exotic departure for my family. We tend to stick to the tried and true. My husband was very happy with this meal and has all ready been thinking of other ways to use the marinade.

The chicken absorbs the citrus so well. This is delicious hot or pack it for picnic and eat it cold. Either way, it's great!

Awesome! We made spaghetti squash, topped with grilled onions, and added tzatziki on the side. Sooo tasty!
