Original recipe makes 4
6 cupsbaking potatos; Peeled, cut in 1" cubes
1 1/2 Cooked ham; cubed
1 15.25-oz canWhole Kernel Corn
1/4 cupBreen Bell Pepper; chopped
2 teaspoonInstant minced onion
1 10 3/4-oz canCondensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cupmilk
2 tablespoonAll purpose flour

Corn, Ham and Potato Scallop Preparation

1. In 3 1/2 to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham, corn,

bell pepper and onion; mix well.

2. In small bowl, combine soup, milk and flour; beat with wire whisk until

smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture; stir gently to mix.

3. Cover; cook on low setting for 7-9 hours or until potatoes are tender

for the ham, it states 1 1/2 Cooked ham, cubed. I am presuming this in 1 1/2C of cooked ham. Am I presuming right?
