A light stir fry with peppers and beef
Slice the steak in thin strips and brown in a frying pan or wok with the oil. Remove and set aside. Add soy sauce and water to pan and saute onion and garlic until softened.
If using fresh carrots, add them with the onions otherwise if using frozen add after onions are cooked along with peppers and mushrooms. Heat long enough to soften peppers then add the sliced steak. Cook until everything is hot and then serve over rice.
A nice stir fry. Other vegetables such as baby corn, peas or brocolli could be added if desired.
