coloradobstime ,One of our favorites for summer. Lasts a good chunk of time in the fridge, too.8y
gutzj01 ,Really good. I made exactly per instructions but used 1/4 olive oil instead of 1/2 cup. I loved the orzo! And the corn and green beans were awesome. Next time I would decrease the scallions to less than 1/4 cup as it is a little strong with onion. The tarragon was a great herb with the dijon but I may try some basil next time. It's a strong dijon dressing so if you don't like too much of that flavor, I would decrease the dijon to 1T or less. My husband LOVED the dijon dressing but it was a little strong for me. With a couple small changes I will for sure make this again.9y
sara1969 ,Used fresh oregano from the garden and it was great. Halved the dressing recipe and it was the perfect amount. Thanks much!11y
sandyfreeman ,I used canned beans instead of fresh, but it was still tasty but not as colorful. My family loved it. I did also use a honey mustard and a stone ground instead of Dijon because it was what I had on hand. A keeper!11y
jengerhardt96 ,Great summer salad! I didn't have tarragon or shallots handy, and it still tasted great. Perfect for fresh seasonal produce.11y
deblynne ,The dressing on the salad was not a hit. The whole family disliked it. They did like the orzo and veggies without the dressing. Next time we will try a different dressing.12y
zenfood23 ,I doubled the recipe for a party with no problem, but didn't need to double the dressing. Fabulous with basil - guests devoured it!12y
d555 ,I couldn't find orzo so I used elbow pasta - was fine but would have been better with orzo. Since I am growing basil, I used that instead of tarragon; worked just as well. I wanted it as an entree so I added grilled chicken chunks Overall a very nice summer salad.12y
crystalraec87 ,the only thing i would change is the size of the green beans, i like thwm smaller.12y
stevemur ,Excellent salad for the springtime! Great as a grilling side-dish. I enjoy the nice, bright flavors.12y
rb1 ,The ratio between oil and vinegar is way off. The dressing requires much less vinegar that 1/2 cup. Two tablespoons of Terragon over powers the entire salad, making everything taste like black licorice. My suggestion would be to lessen the amount of vinegar and decrease the amount of Terragon or omit it all together.14y
katehandel ,You don't have to cook the corn first - it actually tastes very sweet and yummy raw in this salad.14y
spicejunkee ,This is a wonderful cold pasta salad. It is perfect for those hot summer days. It is a very flavorful salad that tickles my taste buds!14y
