Ready in 45 minutes
Great on a hot summer day. Nice to cool off with a slice of cold pie.
In a blender combine all.
Pour into a greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes and then cool for 1 hour
gigglez0404 1y agoI enjoyed making it, it smells so good! I used a little bit more vanilla then I intended.. it's cooling now can't wait to try it:-)

Odinsdad 4y agoSimple and tasty! Takes no time to prepare, and in 50 minutes you're in for a treat! I prefer to let it chill completely before serving. Sometimes, the family just can't wait. It's that good. We also typically add one more teaspoon of Vanilla to the recipe. ~e
