Ready in 45 minutes

Great on a hot summer day. Nice to cool off with a slice of cold pie.


2 cups milk
4 Eggs
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



In a blender combine all.

Pour into a greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate.

Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes and then cool for 1 hour

I enjoyed making it, it smells so good! I used a little bit more vanilla then I intended.. it's cooling now can't wait to try it:-)

Simple and delicious. Added an extra tsp of vanilla and a bit of shredded coconut. I will make this again and again.

Simple and tasty! Takes no time to prepare, and in 50 minutes you're in for a treat! I prefer to let it chill completely before serving. Sometimes, the family just can't wait. It's that good. We also typically add one more teaspoon of Vanilla to the recipe. ~e
